Do you visit at the exact time I request?

We book your walk within an hour and will be there during that time. If you book a walk at 12pm we will be there anytime from 11:00 am-1:00 pm. Understand that our walkers need time to travel and can be held back by traffic or weather conditions.

 

Of course, if you have a pet that needs medicine or a potty break at a critical time please let us know so we can arrange our schedule to accommodate you.

Do you walk in the rain or snow?

Yes. In more extreme weather, we will shorten the walk for your pet and our walkers' safety and have indoor playtime with the remaining time, but still ensuring they go potty first. Daycare and drop-in services will remain open but Pick up and drop-off Servies will be unavailable. 

Will I receive a refund if I leave later than expected or return early?

What areas do you provide services?

Depending on how last-minute the change of request is made. If you give us an appropriate amount of time (24hour advance) before altering your event, there will be no charge. If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance, there will be a 50% deduction. If we arrive on-site but you forgot to cancel your walk full rate will be charged.

Can my dog walk be walked privately

We like to make sure our customers are comfortable while away from their pets. Each walk comes with a solo walk, meaning 1 walker per pet. Unless you have another dog in the household or want your pup to walk with a friend in the neighborhood at a discount group walk rate. 

Can you walk dogs who have health problems or medical conditions?

Of course, we are happy to help any furry friend. We are very careful not to push dogs that have health concerns, and we walk at their pace. We are always on the lookout for changes in a pet’s health and we will let you know right away if we see anything concerning. We're also CPR certified for cats and dogs, and always have a pet first aid kit on hand.

Can you let me know how my pet is doing while I’m away?

Of course! Just let us know you want updates and we'll always send a photo during our visit and a summary of how your pet was during the visit so you never miss a moment through our free app Time To Pet.

What do you do during a visit?

Walks: We take your dog on a walk where they get 1-on-1 attention and care. Make sure their water bowls are refreshed, give some treats, and ensure all doors are locked before leaving. 

Drop-ins: Ensure pets are safe and don't destroy anything in the house, feed and give them fresh water, clean litter boxes, and remove waste. Bring in mail, newspapers, and water plants if requested. 

When are you guys open?

  • Monday - Friday 8 am- 7 pm 

  • Weekend Servies  10 am-5 pm​​

Need a walk outside our service hours? Contacts us to see if we have a walker available!

If you know the days you will need walks, please let us know in advance. However, we understand that things come up and you may need a walk last minute, and we can cover that too! Please try to give us a 24hour warning or send a message 4 hours before the walk to see if we can accommodate you.
