When are you guys open?

Operating Hours: 7 AM – 8 PM, 365 days a year.

Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 11 AM – 5 PM.
We are always available for services during operating hours, but inquiries made outside of office hours will be responded to the next business day.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Last-minute requests (within 4 hours) will incur an additional fee.

Do you arrive at the exact time booked?
We schedule walks within a 1-hour arrival window.
For example, if you book a walk at 12 PM, we may arrive anytime between 11 AM and 1 PM.

This flexibility helps us accommodate travel, weather, and unexpected delays.

If your pet requires medication or a time-sensitive potty break, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can my dog be walked privately instead of in a group?
We specialize in small group walks with no more than three dogs per walk but If your dog requires a solo walk due to temperament, medical needs, or one-on-one attention, we offer private walks for an additional fee. Our goal is to ensure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for on their walk.
How will I receive updates on my pet?
We keep you informed through the Time To Pet app, which allows you to:
✔ Receive real-time updates, photos, and notes from our walkers.
✔ Communicate directly with our team.
✔ Manage your bookings and payments.

Cancellations: Will I receive a refund if I return early?

Dog Boarding & Daycare: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Dog Walking: Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Late Cancellation (less than 12 hours): 50% of the service fee is charged.

No Show (we arrive, but you forgot to cancel): Full rate is charged.
Are you insured and trained?
Yes! We are bonded and insured for your peace of mind. Our team is also pet CPR-trained to ensure your pets are in safe hands.

Do you offer meet and greets?
Yes! We provide a complimentary 15-minute meet and greet to ensure we’re a good fit.
During this time, you can:

Ask questions about our services.

Show us where your pet’s food, leash, bowls, and other essentials are.

Explain home access instructions, show us what your pet enjoys.

And most importantly meet your furry friend!
Note: Walks are not included in meet and greets unless you accompany us during the allotted 15 minutes.
Do you walk dogs in rain or snow?
Yes. In more extreme weather, we will shorten the walk for your pet and our walkers' safety and have indoor playtime with the remaining time, but still ensuring they go potty first. Daycare and drop-in services will remain open but Pick up and drop-off Servies will be unavailable.
Can you walk dogs with medical conditions?
Absolutely! We are pet CPR-certified and take extra care with pets who have health concerns.

We monitor their health and notify you immediately if we notice anything unusual.

Our team always carries a pet first aid kit for added safety.
